Our work speaks for itselfThe Old Workshops
At the centre of my work is clinical aromatherapy — my sun.
It’s the science-led foundation behind everything I do, grounded in safety, formulation, and a deep understanding of how essential oils support the skin, body, and nervous system.
Orbiting this centre are my treatments, rituals and bridal work — everything I love creating. Every botanical, every touch, every ritual is chosen with care, guided by knowledge, and inspired by nature and the power of scent to uplift, calm, and nourish.
Clinical aromatherapy is the sun.
Everything else moves in orbit around it
A SPACE FOR THERAPEUTIC AROMATHERAPY, GROUNDED IN CLINICAL TRAINING.
— Insured, Certified & Trusted
Our workshops take place in a rustic, hand-built space within the Old Workshops—a characterful room filled with old windows and a studio door that opens directly out into the garden. In the warmer months, the door can remain open, allowing fresh air, birdsong, and the gentle presence of nature to move through the space as we gather.
This is a creative, grounding environment designed for slow making and shared experience. Each workshop invites you into a hands-on ritual—whether blending botanical skincare, crafting remedies, or exploring natural beauty practices.
You’ll work with thoughtfully selected ingredients, including herbs, clays, oils, salts, and dried flowers, with guidance on how to use them both practically and intuitively at home. Wherever possible, elements are hand-mixed, seasonal, and inspired by traditional herbal wisdom.
Herbal teas are served throughout, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There is always space for questions, conversation, and quiet moments of focus as you connect with both the materials and the process.
Some workshops may also include a gentle opening or closing ritual—such as crystals, intention setting, or a short guided meditation—to deepen the experience and bring a sense of meaning to what you create.
This space is about returning to the beauty of working with your hands, learning at a natural pace, and sharing something simple and nourishing together.
