Tips for radiant skin on your wedding day

 

A few simple tips for brides who want fresh glowing skin on their wedding day. 

Plenty of water and plenty of sleep

Exfoliate your skin twice a week but not 3/4 days before your wedding day

Wax your brows 3/4 days before to be sure of no redness 

Dehydration! Try not to drink too much alcohol the night before

Have a healthy week, lots of leafy greens and oily fish 

To get your lips nice and moist with a good lip balm and lip scrub 

keep up with a good skin routine , cleanse , tone & moisturise daily 

If you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies try to use products that you know and trust incase of a reaction.

The secret to healthy glowing skin is in what you eat , feed your skin with nutrients and it will show on your wedding day. 

Good for skin - Avocados , greens , oily fish , blueberries , nuts , seeds, kale , papaya , strawberries & spinach

Fresh air and gentle exercise
